The secret to our success is in our customer service. You're not only getting a great home theater accessory, but you'll have the talents of our design team at your disposal to ensure you get exactly what you want. Just supply us with some basic information after your purchase, and we'll send you a high resolution mock-up to review... usually within the day! Here are a few tips when thinking about your marquee.

Title Length: Depending on the template you choose to work from, a short name or longer name may be more  appropriate.  Tiered templates like the Burlwood are well suited for a long name, while a template like the Stardust is great for shorter unique names.  

Email Correspondence:  Since you'll be working with us directly on your marquee, a working email address is a necessity.  Check to make sure your  email address is working and if you don't hear back from us within 24hrs after your purchase, try checking your bulk mail folder. We have an allotted amount of time set aside for each custom product we sell...and if we can't get a hold of you...the delivery time of your marquee may be pushed back.

NOTE:: Since the design aspect of our products is somewhat time intensive on our side, we do not email out free samples of any customized design. We do however offer  high resolution samples of our style templates here for your convenience.  Feel free to email us with any other questions. We have an excellent reputation because of our commitment to customers.

     1.) Instant Notification of Payment Received & Info Request

        a. We'll notify you that your order has been received and is being processed

        b. We'll request some information to get the design process started

    2.) Follow Up Emails & Mock-Up revisions

        a. After you review your first proof..we'll be in constant contact with you until any revisions are through

        b. After approving your final color corrected proof...your marquee will be done and shipped within 2 days

   3.) Follow Up Email & Quality Check

        a. We'll let you know  your order has been through its final quality check and is ready for shipping

   4.) Shipping

        a.) We make sure your lightbox is well packed, bubble wrapped, and packaged

        b.) Your  tracking number is forwarded to you as soon as it is issued

  The design completion process for your order is usually just 1-2 days.
